Applicant or accompanying spouse has a relative (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, sibling, child of a grandparent, aunt/uncle, or grandchild of a parent, niece or nephew) who lives in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

If points for spouse’s education level or a relative in Canada are not available to any applicant then 14 points of ability in English would make the desired total of 67 points.
