The processing time of UK Immigration as Entrepreneurs is 15 days only as compared to years of waiting period for Canada and Australia etc. That makes UK more attractive for business immigration as one gets 3 years visa in days which would be extended for 2 years to complete qualifying period of 5 years for permanent settlement. For completing 5 years residency in UK business related absences from UK are allowed. Initial applications requirements

1. Access to investment funds

a. You have access to not less than £200,000 – Two families can share funds

or

You have access to not less than £50,000 from registered venture capital firms regulated by the Financial Services Authority or from UK entrepreneurial seed funding competitions listed as endorsed on the UK Trade and Investment website, or from UK government departments, which have made the funds available for the specific purpose of establishing or expanding a UK business.

b. These funds are held in 1 or more regulated financial institutions

c. These funds are disposable (free to spend) in the UK

2. English Language
IELTS band score of 7.0 each for main applicant of both families.

3. Maintenance Funds
GBP 2800 for main applicant and GBP 1600 for each dependent – in bank account for last three months.
